Red Wine to honor Shauli Greenglick

It is a classic and powerful blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 20% Merlot grapes, and 5% Cabernet Franc grapes, all from the 2022 vintage (אוצר בית דין), which were harvested from specially selected departments.

A double aging of about 16 months took place in selected French and American oak barrels, initially for eight months for each grape variety and then for eight months for the blend as a whole
An additional month is required before bottling.
An exciting and deep blend. A full-bodied wine with notes of berries, raspberries, and cassis, complemented by dark chocolate, tobacco, and green pepper. In addition to being tannic and chewy, the wine also displays flavors of berries, vanilla, and orange in the mouth.
This is a great wine to accompany winter cooking, complex and heavy dishes, as well as grilled meats.
Over time, the blend will continue to develop and improve under proper conditions.
The alcohol content is 13.5%.
