Red Wine in memory of Shahar Friedman.

A red wine blend made up of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Grenache, 20% Mourvedra, and 10% Syrah.

This wine was aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. Each variety was aged separately for one year before becoming a final blend for one more year and a half. Aromas of green pepper, coffee, vanilla, earth, herbs and berries can be detected in the wine. Fruity flavors and the strength of the Cabernet contribute to the wine’s wide range of taste that makes it ideal for pairing with vegetables, meats, and fish.
