Varieties include 33% Chardonnay, 25% Roussanne, 15% Viognier, 15% Gewurztraminer and 12% Sauvignon Blanc.
The different grape varieties fermented separately. At the end of fermentation, the final blend was prepared and the fermentation was stopped before the wine was dry by lowering the temperature to zero degrees and separating the wine from the yeast. The wine still contains about 7 grams of sugar per liter, so even though it is semi-dry by definition, it is not heavy and can be paired with any meal.
This wine has straw green color, powerful aromas of blossoms and tropical fruits, a rich and complex taste with pleasant sweetness and crisp and balanced acidity; it contains 13% alcohol.
