Red wine. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mourvedra, and Syrah. Finished in French and American oak barrels, aged 18 months. Each strain was aged separately for a year and then blended for another half year.

To honor Eitan Naman, Major, Doctor

During the battle on Sderot, Israel. Eitan Neman lost his life while replacing another doctor.
During his reserve service, he volunteered as a combat doctor in the IDF, unit 669 and reserve brigade 551. Eitan believed in hard work and always strived for success. Having completed a residency in pediatrics at Soroka Hospital and a subspecialty in pediatric intensive care at Yale University, he always looked at each patient at eye level, without judging.
