Aromatic and layered, the Gewürztraminer leads with fragrant lychee and rose, merging seamlessly with the bright, zesty notes of lime, passionfruit, and grapefruit from the Sauvignon Blanc. Pinot Gris adds a mineral character, while the Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay contribute depth and warmth, evoking Anna apple pie, cinnamon, and a touch of gentle sweetness.

In Memory of Staff Sergeant Amichai Israel Yehoshua Oster.

Amichai was born in the United States and immigrated to Israel with his family as an infant. Raised and educated in Israel, he served in the IDF and later traveled the world, spending several months in the Far East and then in the United States.

Throughout his journeys and military service, Amichai formed deep connections with people from across the Israeli and Jewish spectrum. He was deeply committed to Torah and observance while embracing every person as they were.

On Simchat Torah (October 7, 2023), Amichai abruptly ended his trip in the U.S. and returned to Israel, determined to assist in the war effort—despite not being called up. He enlisted as a machine gunner in the 7020th Reserve Battalion, Sharon Formation (Brigade 5), and fought alongside his comrades in the Iron Swords War.

About two months after joining, Amichai fell in northern Gaza when an explosive device was detonated near his unit.

Amichai was a man of many talents, known for his volunteerism, his love for the people of Israel, for the Land of Israel, for the Torah—and for red wine.
