Trio of Wines in Memory of Saar Margolis – Red, White, and Rosé Wines

Red Wine – A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 60% Syrah. The Cabernet grapes used for this wine are grown in the “Saddle Crown” region, at an elevation of 970 meters above ground. Aged for 6 months in second-year French oak barrels. This medium-bodied, highly fruity wine boasts flavors of berries and cassis, with a deep red color.

White Wine Blend: Made from five grape varieties, composed of 33% Chardonnay, 25% Roussanne, 15% Viognier, 15% Gewürztraminer, and 12% Sauvignon Blanc. With approximately 7 grams of sugar per liter, this semi-dry wine remains light and can accompany any meal like a dry wine. It features a straw-green color, intense aromas of blossoms and tropical fruits, and a rich, complex taste with a pleasant sweetness and balanced, crisp acidity.

Rosé Wine: A blend of 49% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, and 21% Syrah. This rosé exhibits a peachy-pink hue typical of wines from Southern France. It offers balanced acidity, pleasant fruitiness, and unique Mediterranean flavors.

In Memory of Master Sergeant Saar Margolis

A loving and beloved husband, a devoted father, an exemplary son, and a supportive brother. Saar Margolis heroically fell defending Kibbutz Kfar Aza and its residents from vile terrorists on October 7, 2023. He was 37 years old. May his memory be a blessing.
