Red Wine in Memory of Segev Schwartz

The wine is composed of 50% Petit Verdot, 30% Mourvèdre, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each variety was fermented and pressed separately, aged for twelve months in French and American oak barrels. Afterward, the blend was made, and the wine was aged for an additional six months together.

The Petit Verdot brings depth of color, fruitiness, and flavors of ripe fruit. The Mourvèdre adds earthiness, mushrooms, and raspberries, while the Cabernet Sauvignon contributes green notes, plum, and cassis with strong tannins. This blend offers depth, presence, and a complete forest-like experience. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes, especially long-cooked stews.
