In memory of Aviad Edri.

In the 2022 vintage (sale permit), a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedra and Gewurztraminer was selected from specially selected departments.
Initially, each grape variety was aged separately for eight months in selected French and American oak barrels for about 16 months, followed by another eight months of aging in the blend before bottling.

An aromatic blend with a medium body and a wonderful finish, carrying notes of ripe plum, cassis, green pepper and apricot and lychee. This is an elegant and balanced wine that is pleasant to drink with friends and is a perfect accompaniment to cheeses and Asian foods.

The blend will continue to improve over the years in the bottle if proper conditions are maintained.

As a tribute to Aviad Edri, a free and lively individual, full of joy and good thoughts, who knew how to appreciate the quality of wine.
His passion was to help others and he always surrounded himself with friends and family, filling them with light and good energy.

He was born on November 16, 1992. He was murdered at his home on October 7 in Kfar Gaza.
