A white wine in honor of Shahar Friedman.

This wine is a unique blend of six white grape varieties, all from the 2023 vintage. A range of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Gewurztraminer, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Rousanne.
The grapes were harvested early, crushed and pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks as a blend for four months before bottling.
It has an elegant aroma of apples, honey, tropical fruits, and figs. A good pairing for the wine would be fish and Asian cuisine.
Alcohol content is 13%.
