Rosé Wine in Memory of Raz Mizrahi.
The wine composed of 49% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, and 21% Syrah. The grapes undergo a short maceration (about two hours) on the skins before pressing. A cold fermentation follows, with each variety fermenting separately until the residual sugar is fully fermented (the rosé is dry). The blend is made after fermentation. This rosé has a light peachy pink color characteristic of southern French wines. It boasts balanced acidity, pleasant fruitiness, and unique Mediterranean flavors. | 12.5% Alcohol
This wine is dedicated to the memory of Raz Mizrahi.
Raz was born in 2001, grew up and was educated in Gedera, excelling in all her endeavors. She served as a combat officer in the Border Police and was injured in a car-ramming attack in East Jerusalem during her military service in Operation Guardian of the Walls, from which she survived. After the attack, Raz began volunteering with the “Lev Echad” organization for IDF wounded soldiers. On October 7, 2023, Raz was murdered at the Nova party. In her final moments, Raz managed to speak with the police and attempt to get help for herself and her friends. Raz showed exceptional composure, but help did not arrive, and she was murdered. Raz made everyone around her fall in love with wine just as they fell in love with her.
From today, wine has a different meaning for us.
