Red Wine in Memory of Raz Mizrahi.

2022 Blend (התר מכירה).
This red blend from the 2022 harvest is composed of five different grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a touch of Gewürztraminer, all harvested from specially selected plots for the blend.

The wine underwent double aging for about 16 months in premium French and American oak barrels. Initially, each grape variety was aged separately for eight months, followed by another eight months of aging after the blend was created, before bottling.

This medium-bodied blend has a wonderful finish, carrying aromas of ripe plum, cassis, and green pepper, with hints of apricot and lychee. An elegant and balanced wine, it is pleasant to drink with friends and pairs wonderfully with cheeses and Asian cuisine.

Under proper conditions, this blend will continue to improve with age in the bottle. | 13.5% Alcohol

This wine is dedicated to the memory of Raz Mizrahi.

Raz was born in 2001, grew up and was educated in Gedera, excelling in all her endeavors. She served as a combat officer in the Border Police and was injured in a car-ramming attack in East Jerusalem during her military service in Operation Guardian of the Walls, from which she survived. After the attack, Raz began volunteering with the “Lev Echad” organization for IDF wounded soldiers. On October 7, 2023, Raz was murdered at the Nova party. In her final moments, Raz managed to speak with the police and attempt to get help for herself and her friends. Raz showed exceptional composure, but help did not arrive, and she was murdered. Raz made everyone around her fall in love with wine just as they fell in love with her.

From today, wine has a different meaning for us.
