Red Wine 2022 Non-Vintage Blend

Red Blend 2023

A blend of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, 13% Syrah, 5% Viognier, and 5% Roussanne. Aged for 10 months in carefully selected French and American oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.3%

Late Harvest Gewürztraminer 2023

Rich aromas of lychee, roses, honey, and dried apricot. A full and rounded texture with pleasant sweetness and refreshing balance.
A long, caressing finish.

Semi-Dry White Wine

Varietal Composition: 100% Gewürztraminer grapes.
Vintage: 2024
Pale straw-green in color, with a high aromatic intensity featuring dominant notes of roses and tropical fruits such as lychee.
Delicate sweetness, pleasant acidity, and a long, fragrant finish.
Alcohol: 13%

Rosé

An exceptional blend composed of 49% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, and 21% Syrah. The grapes undergo a short maceration of about two hours on their skins, followed by gentle pressing and cold fermentation. Each varietal is fermented separately until the residual sugar fermentation process is complete, after which the final blend is meticulously crafted.
Color: A delicate peach-pink hue, reminiscent of wines from southern France.
Character: A dry rosé with balanced acidity, pleasant fruitiness, and refreshing Mediterranean flavors.
Alcohol: 13%

In Memory of Staff Sergeant Yakir Tatelbaum, of Blessed Memory

Yakir was a hero of Israel, a warrior, and a tank commander in the Armored Corps’ MALAR unit. He fell in Gaza defending our holy land on June 28, 2024.

Yakir was a man with a vibrant soul, overflowing with joy, warmth, and love for his family, friends, the Land of Israel, and all its people. He cherished and enjoyed the good moments in life, deep conversations, and, of course, a fine glass of wine. But above all, Yakir was a seeker of truth—steadfast in his beliefs, driven by a wide and open heart, as vast as the land he loved to explore.
