Varietal Composition: 100% Gewürztraminer grapes.

🍷 Winemaking Process:

• Hand-harvested for optimal quality.
• Cold and slow fermentation, halted before completion to retain 15g of residual sugar per liter.
• Vineyard Location: Single vineyard in the Abo Nofal region.

🍇 Characteristics:

• Color: Pale straw-green hue.
• Aromas: Intense floral notes, dominated by roses and tropical fruits like lychee.
• Taste: Delicate sweetness, pleasant acidity, and a long, fragrant finish.
• Alcohol: 13%

In Memory of Staff Sergeant Yakir Tatelbaum, of Blessed Memory

Yakir was a hero of Israel, a warrior and tank commander in the Armored Corps’ MALAR unit. He fell in Gaza defending our homeland on June 28, 2024.

Yakir had a vibrant soul, overflowing with joy, warmth, and love for his family, friends, the Land of Israel, and all its people. He cherished and enjoyed meaningful moments, deep conversations, and, of course, a fine glass of wine.

But above all, Yakir was a seeker of truth—steadfast in his beliefs, driven by a wide and open heart, as vast as the land he loved to explore.
