A white wine in honor of Roey Weiser

This wine consists of a combination of six white grape varieties, all from the 2023 harvest. It includes Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Gewürztraminer, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Rossanne.
During an early harvest, all grapes were harvested, crushed, pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks for four months before bottling.
With aromas of apples, honey, tropical fruits, and figs, this is a unique blend. This is an excellent and fun wine that pairs well with seafood and Asian cuisine.
The alcohol content is 13%.

This wine is in memory of Roy Weiser.
He served as a platoon sergeant in the 13th battalion in Golani, and was killed at the age of 21.
He sacrificed his life on October 7, 2023, while fighting terrorists who entered Israel at the Erez crossing to save his fellow soldiers.
We will never forget his smile, personality, and leadership.
