Shahar Wine is a blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Petit Verdot grapes harvested by hand and aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
Soft crimson color, smooth tannins, and a long finish characterize this medium-bodied wine.
The aromas of cherry fruit and berries are complemented by a touch of dark chocolate.

This wine is a collaboration between Wine&Friends and Munitz Winery.

This wine is named after Sergeant Shahar Shalev. Soldier in the paratrooper brigade’s engineering company. In the operation “Tzuk Eitan” in Khan Yunis, he fell along with 3 members of the “Paz team”
